Set Document Formats (Sick Leave Certificates, Receipts, etc.)

1. Click “Clinic Config” in the left-side menu bar.
2. Choose “Print templates” in the settings categories.
3. Click the button under the template to change, such as “Invoice Template”, “Package receipt template”, “Prescription Invoice Template”, “Medical Invoice Template (Insurance Claim)”, “Prescription Template”, “Sick Leave Template” or “Medical Certificate Template”.
4. Under “Please select a style:”, choose the style and what it shows (previewed beside it), then click “Update”.
5. Click “Save” in the “Menu” on the right.

Note: on a narrow screen, such as a phone, the “Menu” on the right becomes a toolbar at the bottom of the page, with icons for its buttons and other actions under ”⋯”.
