Load Patient's Past Medical History in Medical Record

1. When adding a medical record, choose the patient first.
2. Click “Select Medical Record” in the “Menu” on the right, click one of the patient’s past records in the list that opens, then click outside the list to return.
3. Click “Load Medical Record”, then click “Save” in the “Menu” on the right.

When loading a record copied from another clinic, drugs this clinic does not have or cannot prescribe are skipped, and the system lists them. Note: on a narrow screen, such as a phone, the “Menu” on the right becomes a toolbar at the bottom of the page, with icons for its buttons and other actions under ”⋯”.
