Print Sick Leave Certificate

1. Click “Medical Record” in the left-side menu bar, then find and click the relevant medical record.
2. In the “Sick Leave Certificate” field, click the certificate you want to print.
3. Click “Print Sick Leave Cert.” in the “Menu” on the right; the print page opens in a new tab.
4. Choose the “Paper Size” and “Text Size” if needed, then click “Print”.

Note: on a narrow screen, such as a phone, the “Menu” on the right becomes a toolbar at the bottom of the page, with icons for its buttons and other actions under ”⋯”.
