Adjust Medication and Goods Quantity

1. Click “Stock management” in the left-side menu bar.
2. Click “Create” in the top-right corner to open the “Stocking” page.
3. Above the list, select “Stocktake”.
4. Click the “Medicine” or “Products” button beside the search box to switch the item type, then click an item to add it to the list.
5. Under “Count”, enter the stock you counted; the difference from the current stock is recorded.
6. Click “Save” in the “Menu” on the right.

A wrong record can instead be opened in “Stock management”: click the bin icon (“Void record”) in the “Menu” on the right, then click “Confirm”. Note: on a narrow screen, such as a phone, the “Menu” on the right becomes a toolbar at the bottom of the page, with icons for its buttons and other actions under ”⋯”.
