Custom receipts, prescriptions, certificates and insurance invoices

Prescriptions, receipts, sick-leave and attendance certificates, insurance invoices, goods receipts and package receipts all have print templates. Each template shows what your clinic needs and previews at real paper size. If your clinic needs another layout, we adjust it for free.

What it does

• Several prescription styles, which can show decoction methods and English names of drugs or ingredients.
• Receipts can show the clinic logo, Chinese and English names, address, diagnosis, the doctor’s name and registration number, and optionally the payment method.
• The insurance invoice lists the doctor’s registration number for the patient’s claim.
• Sick-leave and attendance certificates are printed from the patient’s visit.
• Previews at A5 or A4 size and remembers the text size.
• Can carry the clinic chop and the doctor’s e-signature; see Clinic chop and doctor e-signature.

Setting up a template

1. Under clinic settings › print templates, choose a template and switch items on or off with a live preview.
2. When printing, choose the template and Medicloud previews it at paper size.
